Sports Therapy

Sports therapy services are designed to optimize athletic performance, prevent injuries, and aid in the recovery process. Through a combination of manual techniques, targeted exercises, and specialized modalities, I provide comprehensive care to special populations, athletes and fitness enthusiasts. 

Psychology

Psychology coexists within the architecture of other disciplines including Biology, Philosophy, Anthropology, Sociology, Medicine and Sport. These related subjects have significantly contributed to the development of major psychological theories and illustrate not only the importance of psychology as a topic area, but also the relevance of psychology as an integrative component to other areas of research. 

Nutrition

Continued support with contemporary strategies for improved efficacy, viewed from a biopsychosocial Standpoint. I cover theory and interpretation of physiological/psychological responses to food. Understand as a system working as a dynamic interactive process with the mind.

My Philosophy

It has been my life long passion to provide a continually growing and flexible service to the puplic that goes beyond 

expectation and current  trends. 

Having already established significant experience within the traditions of the mental health and the sport and exercise industry, I have moved forward to generate a unique and bespoke 

approach .

This involves a broad range of skills, contemporary ideas in resistance and cardiovascular training, psychological 

strategies from varying perspectives (educational and psychotherapeutic), as well rehabilitative strategies to both cure and prevent 

counterproductive barriers to progression.

The demands faced during life, work or exercise environments are each a challenge in themselves. It has been

through continuous persistence in both education and creative planning that I have formulated this 

dynamic approach, ensuring the necessary support mechanisms that are safe and effective. 

Sessions and overal structures are generated on an individualized basis as you would expect. These may vary from the most

formatively simplistic to that of more complex strategies involving greater effort and commitment.
